About Hoplin Consulting

Based in South Carolina, U.S.A., Hoplin  is a mission-driven, woman owned consulting and implementation partner focused on strengthening communities through intentional development and delivery of services. The firm supports systems innovation and redesign, helping organizations, Governments and community stkaeholders rethink how supports are structured, coordinated, and sustained—especially in areas of reintegration, community-based care and the social determinants of health for special populations.


Its work spans community planning and education, programmatic build-out, and capacity building with partners across sectors. At its core, Hoplin Consulting helps communities move from fragmented systems to more connected, responsive, and person-centered approaches that create lasting change and a better future for all.
